Mrs. Yulin Ku Brewer (Office Manager) - Yulin, our Chinese speaking manager, has over ten years experience managing an office that specialized in commercial and industrial property.

Miss Shannon Brewer (Inspiration) - Shannon is in charge of attitude and company mood. Her thirteen years of experience in being Jerry and Yulin's daughter makes her an expert in attitude control, time management and spirit maintenance. Her specialty is "breaking the ice" for our tough customers. She is not only an asset to the company but is its primary reason for being.

Mr. Dan DeMedio (Realtor) - Dan is our Apartment expert who knows the business from the inside out as owner, operator, buyer, seller, agent.  Dan couples his extensive knowledge with his single point of contact service which results in one on one detailed service from start to finish.

Ms. Deloris Ware, GRI (Realtor) - Deloris is our residential expert. She has over 30 years experience in residential real estate. Deloris managed a real estate office of 27 agents in California before becoming an agent and broker herself. Deloris prides herself on client satisfaction.

Mr. Regulo Olvera (Realtor) - Regulo has lived in Texarkana for 15 years. He studied business management & real estate at Texarkana College and Champions School of Real Estate. Regulo is fluent in both Spanish and English. His goal is to help people with all their real estate needs.  Regulo's speciality is convenience stores.

Ms. Jacqueline Turentine (Realtor) - When it comes to business…. Jacqueline is not only passionate,  she is also a true professional. Jacqueline is  very skilled at helping clients achieve their real estate goals and dreams. Mr. Shane Kennedy (Executive Vice President, Mortgage Loans )- Shane is responsible for arranging financing in both commercial and residential areas and coordinates our mortgage brokerage services with our realtors. 

Mr. Greg Phillips (Broker-Realtor) - Specialty - Leased Retail Stores - Greg is a life-long resident of the Texarkana area. He has over 30 years experience in Texas residential & commercial real estate sales. His contracting experience includes residential, commercial, and industrial construction. He also has experience operating retail businesses. Greg is a member of the Home Builders Association and an active member of his church's prison ministry program.

Mr. Jimmy Kendrick  (Loan Officer & Insurance Agent) - Jimmy is developing our new business venture in property insurance and working in the mortgage department and brings insurance and mortgage insurance to our company.  Jimmy is very active in the Area Texarkana Aquatics Club.

Mrs. Sherry Surratt (Loan Processor) - Sherry is experienced in all aspects of financing and has several years experience in loan processing and is a Notary Public in Texas & Arkansas.  

Mrs. Jan Pack (Administration) Ms. Pack comes to us with several years of law office experience and capable management skills for office administration.
