God first, friends, and flipping. Connie is a lifelong Texarkana area professional who has been serving clients since 1982. Born in New Boston, she grew up working in the family business at Ruff Construction Company, where she learned the ropes early alongside her father on job sites.

She graduated from New Boston High School in 1979 and continued her education with an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degree in Business. Licensed in both Texas and Arkansas, Connie brings over 45 years of experience helping clients throughout Residential, Commercial, Farm/Ranch, and Multi-Family real estate achieve their goals.
