Real Estate Agent — Commercial Focus (Residential Welcome)

Location: Texarkana, TX (On-office)

Role Summary

We are seeking motivated real estate professionals to join our commercial brokerage team. This role blends high-potential commercial work with the flexibility to maintain a residential client base. You’ll receive full support, training, and access to a global referral network as you grow your book of business.

In this position you will:

  • Source and engage prospective clients
  • Conduct property tours and site evaluations
  • Prepare and assist with contracts, proposals, and offer packages
  • Analyze market data and trends to position properties
  • Negotiate deals and guide transactions to closing
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, research, and operations teams
  • Leverage NAI Global tools, listings, and referral channels

Agents currently working residential will be welcomed and supported — you can continue serving your existing clients while expanding into commercial.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Active Texas real estate license (Arkansas license a plus)
  • 1–3 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating within a team
  • Reside within commutable distance to Texarkana, TX

Preferred Qualifications

  • Arkansas real estate license
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
